Project Description :Panchatantra is a web-based application with 3-tier
architecture. The Panchatantra system is a comprehensive system, meeting all
the requirements of the Grama Panchayats (GP) in the State. It has been built
with number of features for easier use by the GP staff. Panchatantra has been
designed by incorporating the rules and regulations defined in Panchayath Raj
Act. It guides the officers to carry out his/her GP activities as per the
rules.
In
this system, users can submit the details of various properties,
Beneficiaries, Works, and generate various forms as per requirement. They can
also view various reports
maintained by the department. This project has main modules like Master information, Demands, Properties,
Payments, Receipts, Wards, other information, section wise information modules, Panchayat
Profile, Habitations module.
This project is purely based
on accrual double entry system for accounting operation and performing bank reconciliation of
each account, yearend process and generating balance sheet.

Project Description: e-FMS is “Electronic Funds Management System.” e-FMS software,
an independent tool for facilitating online transfer of funds to the
beneficiary accounts. In this case, the software is developed exclusively for
the beneficiaries coming under the “Mahatma Gandhi Rural Employment Guarantee
Act (MGNREGA).” The e-FMS software is intended to be vertically integrated
with MGNREGS MIS and Partner Banking software. The e-FMS serves to online
transfer of funds seamlessly and on real time basis to the beneficiary accounts
those are validated and updated in MGNREGS MIS.

Project Description : The MGNREGA has been notified in 200 most backward districts of
the country. The objective of the Act is to provide employment to those who
demand employment Within 15 days of their demand.
1. The Act provides 100 days of employment guarantee
to a rural household.
2.Effective monitoring of
the Program necessitates computer based monitoring.
This project contains many modules like creating job
cards for rural households, generating
Nominal Muster Rolls, payment of wages to households, work details module, work allocation module, material
bill entry and payment modules, funds receiving and transfer module, fund
transfer to implementing agencies module, generating financial reports, bank
reconciliation module, automatic fund request module and many more modules which purely financial business
modules.
